The Users page lists users added to your account in a data table. From this page, you can browse or manage users. To see more information about a specific user, select an entry in the data table to open the side sheet.
To view users
Follow this procedure to open the Users page and review the users on your account.

In the navigation rail, select Access. Then select Users.
The Users page opens and displays all users on your account in a data table.
Data table columns
The data table includes the following columns:

Email: The email address for the user.

First name1: The first name of the user.

Last name1: The last name of the user.

Last signed in: The date and time the user last signed in to CONNECT. If the cell is blank the user has not yet signed in to CONNECT.

MFA status: The multifactor authentication (MFA) status of the user.
1 For users with a domain email address who have not yet signed in to CONNECT, First name and Last name remain blank until the user signs in for the first time. For users with a non-domain email address, the fields remain blank even after sign-in.
Fields available in the user side sheet
The side sheet displays the following fields for the selected user:

Email: The email address for the user.

ID: The system-generated unique identifier for the user.

Groups: A list of groups that the user is assigned to. Also includes a link to manage groups for the user. Select the section to expand it and view the full list.

Role assignments: A list of roles assigned directly to the user (role assignments applied by groups are not listed). Also includes a link to manage role assignments for the user. Select the section to expand it and view the full list.
Tips for browsing and filtering users
Use these tips to work more efficiently with the Users page:

In the data table, use the Filter by keyword field to find a specific user. You can filter by Email, First name, or Last name.

In the side sheet, select Copy
to copy a field value to your clipboard.
