Deployment status

Each service or application instance has a deployment status that indicates its current state. Statuses include:

Active: The instance is active and available.

Creating: The instance is being created.

Create failed: The creation of the instance failed. For help with instances that are in a failed state, contact AVEVA support.

Deleting: The instance is being deleted.

Deleted: The instance is successfully deleted and no longer available, but can be recovered prior to purge by contacting AVEVA support. A deleted instance is purged after 30 days and cannot be recovered.

Delete failed: The deletion of the instance failed. For help with instances that are in a failed state, contact AVEVA support.

Purging: The instance is being purged. Purged instances cannot be recovered.

Purge failed: The purge of the instance failed. For help with instances that are in a failed state, contact AVEVA support.

Locking: The instance is being locked.

Locked: The instance is locked due to an issue such as non-payment. You can see and access the instance but cannot make any changes. For help with instances that are locked, contact AVEVA support.

Resuming: The instance is resuming following resolution of a Locked state.
Note: Instances in a transitive state—statuses that end with ing—may remain in this state up to an hour.
