View and manage licenses

In License Administration, the Licenses option on the navigation rail enables you to view and manage your licenses.

View licenses

  1. Select Licenses on the navigation rail.

  2. Select one of the following options:

    • Active License

    • Licenses

    • Audit

Active License

The Active License page displays the details of the active license. It contains the license name, time zone and contract name. The following details are included for each feature in the license:

  • Product Code: The code identifying the product.

  • Product Name: The name of the product.

  • Product Seats: Number of users who can access the product simultaneously.

  • Version: The version of the product.

  • Valid From: The start date of the active license.

  • Valid To: The date the license is valid to.

Select any row in the data table to view the features that make up the product and the number of seats for each feature:

  • Feature name: The name of the feature.

  • Seats: The number of seats available.

  • Sessions per Seat: The number of sessions available per seat.

Licenses

The Licenses page lists all the license entitlements of your account, and includes the active license which is indicated by a green check box. Under each license name, the date and time the license was generated is displayed, and each line displays the start and end date of the license.

Select a license name to open a page that contains the extended license details:

  • Product Code: The code identifying the product.

  • Product Name: The name of the product.

  • Product Seats: Number of users who can access the product simultaneously.

  • Version: The version of the product.

  • Valid From: The start date of the active license.

  • Valid To: The date the license is valid to.

Select any row in the data table to view the features that make up the product and the number of seats for each feature:

  • Feature name: The name of the feature.

  • Seats: The number of seats available.

  • Sessions per Seat: The number of sessions available per seat.

Audit

The Audit page contains the audit information for all license entitlements of your account. It displays when a license was activated, deactivated and the time zone for the expiry of the license. Select a license to view more information.
