StringLeft()

Retourne une chaîne avec le nombre spécifié de caractères dans le paramètre, à partir du caractère le plus à gauche.

Paramètres

Texte

Chaîne littérale ou attribut chaîne.

nbCaracteres

Nombre de caractères à renvoyer ou un attribut entier.

Remarques

Si nbCaractères est défini à 0, la chaîne entière est renvoyée.

Exemples

StringLeft("La pompe de contrôle est activée", 2) ' renvoie "La";

StringLeft("Pompe 01 activée", 5) ' renvoie "Pompe";

StringLeft("Pompe 01 activée", 96) ' renvoie "Pompe 01 activée";

StringLeft("La pompe de contrôle est ON", 0) ' renvoie "La pompe de contrôle est ON";
