Restrict user licenses

You can restrict users in your account to a single license per product feature.

Note: This license restriction applies to every user in the account.

There are two levels of license restriction available through Licensing as a Service (LaaS):

• Denial: LaaS prevents all users in the account from consuming additional licenses after the single license per product limit has been reached.

• Warning email: Users can continue to consume licenses after their use exceeds the single license per product limit. LaaS applies the additional license charge and sends an email notification to the user and the license administrator.

Enable license restriction

1. From the navigation rail, select Settings.

2. Select Restrict user to a Single License per Product.

3. Select the required Restriction Behavior:

   • Denial

   • Warning email

4. Select Save.

   The license restriction setting is enabled.
