Older administrative applications that cannot interpret new-model access permissions display PIUserIncompatible and PIGroupIncompatible as the owner and group.

By default, PIUserIncompatible and PIGroupIncompatible are not displayed in the PI SMT Identities, Users, & Groups tool. To see them, click the Options button and then select the Show the incompatible PI User and PI Group check box. PIUserIncompatible and PIGroupIncompatible now appear in the Identities, Users, & Groups tool. You can change their names as you would any other PI user and PI group.
