Select Start > All Programs > PI System > AF Collective Manager.
A message appears that using PI AF collectives as a High Availability option is not recommended. See the knowledge base article High Availability (HA) options for PI Asset Framework (PI AF).

To start the AF Collective Manager:

Click No start the AF Collective Manager tool.

Click Yes to read the KB article.
The AF Collective Manager window opens.
