The PI MDB name is too long for PI AF. Change the name in PI MDB. In the preparation wizard, click the Truncate button to truncate automatically:

For Modules and Aliases, the automatic truncation keeps the first 259 characters of the existing name, and deletes the rest.

For Properties, the automatic truncation keeps 259 characters minus the length of the Replacement suffix.
For example, the default replacement suffix is _Prop, which has 5 characters. With this setting, the maximum length of a Property name is 254 characters. If you click the Truncate button in the Length Error dialog box, the Property name would be truncated to the first 254 characters.
If you do not want to use automatic truncation, then change the name directly in MDB.
