After you have disassembled the PI AF collective and shut down the PI AF application service on the former primary PI AF application service computer, you are ready to upgrade that server.

Upgrade the PI AF application service and PI AF SQL database using the PI Server install kit. See Upgrade PI AF server from the install kit.
