The job summary area provides general information about the selected job and enables you to refresh the dashboard data or select a new job to view in the dashboard.

Job summary card

The job summary card includes the work order, operation ID, sequence number, and item running on the job. It also indicates the entity on which the job is running and the job's state.

Select Job

Open the Entity and job selection window to select a new job to view in the entity dashboard.

Refresh

Select Refresh to update the entity dashboard data.

Job progress bar

The progress bar displays the current production count status, and includes the expected count indicator, count status indicators, and production unit of measure (UOM):

Current production count — The number of items currently produced.

Expected production count — The expected count based on the ideal production rate and the equipment's total runtime since the run was started (entity downtime and idle time is excluded).

Count status color indicators — Indicates the production status:

  • Red — Behind the expected amount by more than 10%.

  • Yellow — Within 10% of the expected amount.

  • Green — Within the expected amount.

  • Blue — Exceeds the required amount.

    Production unit of measure (UOM) — The measurement units used to track production.

Production quantities

The current deviation and bad production are displayed:

  • Deviation — The deviation of what has been produced so far relative to the target production.

  • Bad production — The total quantity of defective products generated so far.

Job scheduling details

Job details includes information about:

  • Expected finish time — The time that job should finish for the actual production rate.

  • Scheduled finish time — The time that job should finish if the expected production rate is maintained.
