Work order management filter properties

The following list describes the work order management tab filter properties.

Work order filter properties

• Status: The work order job-related statuses (see Work order statuses).

  If no status options are selected, the default filter is applied.

• Last N Hours: These options are available only if the Complete status is selected. Select a time period prior to the current date and time in which the work was completed.

  The completion date and time applies to the Last Edit At field of the completed work order records.

  If Last N Hours: All is selected, "ALL" is not shown in Current Filter string, because Last N Hours is not acting as a filter (that is, all completed work orders will match).

Job BOM filter properties

Note that any job BOM records that have a quantity of 0 are always filtered out of the grid, as it is assumed that no changes would be required for such records.

• Item Types: The types that characterize the item associated with this BOM position: consumed, produced, or a co-product or by-product.

• Operation: An operation by which to filter the grid. Only those BOM positions that are for the selected operation are included in the grid. Select the blank entry to not use an operation as a filter.

Job specification filter properties

• Operation: An operation by which to filter the grid. Only those job specifications that are for the selected operation are included in the grid. Select the blank entry to not use an operation as a filter.

• Spec Group: The specification group to which the specifications belong.
