When filtering the grid on any of the tabs, note that only those records that match all of the filter values will be included in the grid after the filter is applied. If you do not want to use a filter property, leave it blank.
Filter the work order grid
-
Select the Filter button.
The filter properties appear in the Filters panel.

-
Enter property values by which to filter the list.
For a description of the properties for each tab, see Work order management filter properties.
-
Select the Apply button.
Only the records that match the filter values are listed in the grid.
When a filter is applied, its property values appear above the grid.

The current filter will be saved and applied the next time the tab is opened in this web browser on this machine.
However, on the Spec tab, the filter is not applied to the grid under the following condition: A different work order is selected on the WO/PO tab, which updates the Job Specification grid, and the filtered Spec Group does not appear in the data for the newly selected work order.
Restore the default filter settings
-
On the panel, select Default, then select Apply.
Close the filter panel
-
On the panel, select Close.
Clear a filter that is causing an error and cannot be edited
-
Do one of the following:
-
Clear all of the web browser's local storage.
-
Delete the filter object in the local storage.
The local storage functions are typically available in the browser's developer tools. For example, in Chrome, the objects in local storage can be viewed and deleted from the console.

Grid Column Filters That Are Overridden by the Filters Panel
The following grid column filters are overriden by the Filters panel.
BOM and Spec tabs: Operations column
Once an Operation filter is specified and applied from the Filters panel, the Operation column's equals (=) filter is ignored.
BOM tab: Position column
The Position column grid filter is always ignored. Even if no Filters panel settings are specified, all positions will be included in the grid regardless of the Position column grid filter setting.
Spec tab: Spec Group column
Once a Spec Group filter is specified and applied from the Filters panel, the Spec Group column's equals (=) filter is ignored.
