View job BOM record details

  1. In the grid, select the BOM record.

  2. If the Details panel is not already displayed, select the Details button.

    The job BOM record properties appear in the Details panel.

    Model Driven MES Work Order Management BOM Details properties.

    Item ID

    The ID of the item at this BOM position.

    Item Desc

    The description of the item.

    Qty Per Parent Item column

    The item quantities in this column are the number of the BOM items required to produce one parent item of the BOM (that is, the item being produced by this BOM).

    The quantity per parent for BOM position 0 will always be 1. Some fields are expected to be blank.

    Total column

    The item quantities in this column are the total number of the BOM items required based on the total number of parent items required for this work order.

    Job Qty.

    The starting quantity of parent items for this job.

    The Qty. Per Parent Item value for this property will always be 1.

    Min. Qty.

    The minimum quantity of this item to be consumed or produced in this BOM per unit of the parent item and total for the job.

    Qty.

    The quantity of this item to be consumed or produced in this BOM per unit of the parent item and total for the job.

    Max. Qty.

    The maximum quantity of this item to be consumed or produced in this BOM per unit of the parent item and total for the job.

    Req. Grade

    The minimum grade that this item must have to be consumed or produced.

    Instructions

    Additional instructions about this item, if any.

View another record’s details while the Details panel is open

  • Select that job BOM record in the grid.

Close the Details panel

  • On the panel, select Close.
