To avoid login issues:

All users must use Active Directory user accounts to log in to the applications that support MES model-driven application content.

This requires all nodes in the system to be part of the same Active Directory domain. And the domain must be included with the username to log in to the applications.

Attempting to log in using the local machine name instead of the Active Directory domain will not work.
All user accounts that can log in to Enterprise Console must be configured as MES OS users or be a member of an MES OS group.
Note: Model Driven MES does not support Azure Active Directory authentication and users cannot sign in to Model Driven MES using Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) accounts.
