Filter the job grid by entity With the summary area expanded, select Select Entity. A list of all entities to which you have access appears. Select an entity that is part of the process or line related to the currently selected work order and select OK. If you select an entity that is not part of the process or line related to the currently selected work order, no jobs will be listed in the grid.
