Entity Performance

The entity performance area provides detailed performance metrics related to the selected entity.

Utilization event summary

Displays the utilization events for the selected time period. Each chart value indicates the percentage of the selected time interval that the entity spent in that state.

Note: If Current Shift is selected as the timeline filter, the utilization event summary chart will only display shifts that have been running for more than 1 hour.

OEE gauge

Displays the equipment performance KPI over the selected time interval. Select the KPI (OEE, performance, availability, or quality) to display using the KPI summary buttons. The runtime value of the gauge is displayed in green.

KPI summary

Displays the equipment performance KPI measures (percent):

OEE (O) — The aggregate overall equipment effectiveness of the entity for the selected time interval. Select O to display OEE in the OEE gauge.

Performance (P) — The aggregate performance of the entity for the selected time interval. Select P to display performance in the OEE gauge.

Availability (A) — The aggregate availability of the entity for the selected time interval. Select A to display availability in the OEE gauge.

Quality (Q) — The aggregate quality of the entity for the selected time interval. Select Q to display quality in the OEE gauge.

Utilization reason summary

Displays utilization reasons (conditions) associated with the job for the selected time interval. Reasons are displayed by count or duration in descending order. The summary is limited to the top 10 utilization reasons.

Show duration (Show count)

Select whether to display the Utilization reason summary conditions by the length of time each condition occurred for (Show Duration) or by the number of times the each condition occurred (Show Count).

Utilization state summary

Displays utilization states associated with the job for the selected time interval. States are displayed as proportion of the chart. The summary is limited to the top 10 utilization states.

Timeline filter

Select a preset time interval (current day, current shift, 8 hours, 4 hours, 1 hour, or last N days) to view data for in the entity dashboard.
