When filtering the utilization events in the grid or chart, note that only those records that match all of the filter values will be included after the filter is applied. If you do not want to use a filter property, leave it blank.
Filter utilization events
-
Select the Filter button.
The filter properties appear in the Filters panel.

-
Enter property values by which to filter the events.
Reason Pending
Select this option to view only those utilization events that have been assigned a pending reason that needs to be replaced with the final reason.
This filter property applies only to the grid and not the chart. With the chart displayed, this property is set to false and does not appear on the filter window. If you toggle back to the grid, the property check box remains cleared even if it had been previously selected.
Time
Determines the type of time period by which to filter: Last N Hours, Current Shift, Current Day, Last N Days.
Note: If Current Shift is selected as the filter, it will only apply to shifts that have been running for more than 1 hour.
N Hours or Days
This option is available only if the Time property is set to Last N Hours or Last N Days. The value is the number of hours or days in the filtered time range.
With the chart displayed instead of the grid, to view only the current event you still enter 0. However, a duration for the event has to be shown, so it’s set to 1 hour.
Auto Refresh
Set the frequency, in seconds, of when the grid or chart will be automatically refreshed with the latest utilization event data.
-
Select the Apply button.
Only the records that match the filter values are included in the grid or chart.
When a filter is applied, its property values appear above the grid or chart.

The current filter will be saved and applied the next time the tab is opened in this web browser on this device.
