When using Enterprise Console, if error message :

Make sure that the token that is registered in Central Configuration is the same as the AIM token that is being used by Enterprise Console.

Make sure that Central Configuration and Enterprise Console are using the same port number.

Make sure that the URLs you are using for Central Configuration and Enterprise Console point to the same host and that they include the host's fully qualified domain name.
You can use the Farm Configuration wizard to check the tokens and port numbers being used by Central Configuration and Enterprise Console. See Configure the Work Tasks Farm and Enterprise Console site settings.
