When filtering the grid, note that only those records that match all of the filter values will be included in the grid after the filter is applied. If you do not want to use a filter property, leave the defaults.
Filter the job grid
-
Select the Filter button.
The filter properties appear in the Filters panel.

-
Enter property values by which to filter the list.
Status
Select the job states that you want included in the job grid.
If no statuses are selected, the default filter will be applied, which is Ready, Suspended, and Running jobs.
Last N Hours
These options are available only if the Complete or Canceled status is selected. Select a time period prior to the current date and time in which the job was completed.
The completion date and time applies to the Last Edit At field of the completed job records.
If Last N Hours: All is selected, "ALL" is not shown in Current Filter string, because Last N Hours is not acting as a filter (that is, all completed jobs will match).
Enable Auto Refresh
Select this option to set the frequency, in seconds, of when the grid will be automatically refreshed with the latest jobs updates.
-
Select the Apply button.
Only the records that match the filter values are listed in the grid.
When a filter is applied, its property values appear above the grid.

The current filter will be saved and applied the next time the tab is opened in this web browser on this device.
Restore the default filter settings
-
On the panel, select Default, then select Apply.
Close the filter panel
-
On the panel, select Close.
Clear a filter that is causing an error and cannot be edited
-
Do one of the following:
-
Clear all of the web browser's local storage.
-
Delete the filter object in the local storage.
The local storage functions are typically available in the browser's developer tools. For example, in Chrome, the objects in local storage can be viewed and deleted from the console.
