View a work order's jobs

View the jobs in the selected Work Order using the Jobs tab.

Details
Select Details to display details for the selected job in the details panel.
Selected Work Order
The work order selected on the WO/PO tab. The work order information displayed includes the following:
WO ID — The unique identifier for the work order.
Status — The job-related work order status. See Work order statuses.
Item ID — The unique identifier of the item that is being produced for the work order.
Item Desc — The description of the item that is being produced for the work order.
Qty — The required quantity of produced items including production units of measure (UOM). Required quantity is the total quantity that must be produced by all jobs in the last operation of a work order. The maximum value that can be entered is 2,147,483,647.
Current jobs
The current jobs are displayed in this grid. Each row displays the following information:
Item ID — The item that is being produced by the job.
Work Order — The work order ID associated with the job.
Operation — The operation ID associated with the job.
Sequence Number — The operation sequence number assigned for the job. The sequence numbers indicate the order by which jobs in the operation are run.
Req. Qty — The total required quantity that must be produced by this job for the work order
Status — The job state. For more information, see Job states.
Entity — The equipment associated with the job.
The job list can be filtered using any of the available fields. For more information on filtering the list, see Filter the work order job list.
Details panel
Displays details about the selected job. The details displayed include the following information:
Job description — A description of the job.
Batch Size — The number of units that is considered to be a single batch of the produced item, based on company standards.
Start Qty. — The amount of product planned to be made to compensate for rejects.
Req. Qty. — The total required quantity that must be produced by this job for the work order.
Job Priority — The job's scheduling priority.
Latest Start Time — The latest time you can start the job without exceeding its required finish time.
Due Date — The planned job completion date and time.
Est. Finish Time — The estimated time at which the job will be completed based on the start time, the planned quantity to be produced, and the ideal production rate for the entity.
The estimated time shown here is up-to-date when the panel is opened. However, it is not updated unless the panel is closed or details are refreshed (for example, selecting a different item and then selecting the same item again).
