AIM Synchronization Issues

During a web browser session, when first logging in to one of the web applications that use AVEVA Identity Manager (AIM) tokens, such as Enterprise Console and MES Web Portal, the AIM portal login should appear, as shown below.

Once logged in to one of these web applications, the other web applications will open automatically without prompting for the AIM login. That's because your AIM token will be active until you've logged out of all of the currently open web applications.
If the AIM login is not appearing:
-
Check that the AIM service is running.

-
Try logging in to and out of AIM. The URL is https://host.fully.qualified.domain.name/identitymanager.
-
Make sure that the AIM token is properly registered in Central Configuration.
-
In Central Configuration, make sure that the AIM token has been selected in the repository settings for the MES model-driven application content repository.
-
In Common Services Portal, make sure that the status of all PCS framework components is Success and that the Management Server entry is as expected.
