Filter the job grid by work order

Note that you can filter the job grid by both work order and entity.

Filter the job grid by work order

1. With the summary area expanded, select Select WO.

   A list of work orders appears.

   

2. To filter the list:

   1. Select the expand button.

      

      The filter settings appear.

      

   2. Select the filter settings and select Apply.

3. In the grid, select the work order and select OK.

   If you want to see the jobs for all work orders, do not select any of the work orders in the grid and select OK.
