Sample grid and details properties

The following list describes the properties shown in the sample grid and the details panel for quality samples.

Note: To prevent unexpected behavior, sample property values cannot contain special characters such as % _ ^ [ ] & \ < "

Available properties include:

Expiry Time

The time by when the sample results must be entered.

Finalized At

The time when the sample was marked as finalized.

Item ID

The ID of the item that is associated with the sample.

Location

The entity (e.g., the location or piece of equipment) that is associated with the sample.

Lot/Sublot

The lot and sublot that is associated with the sample.

Operation

The operation that is associated with the sample.

Priority

The priority assigned to the sample.

The priority must be assigned manually using the Edit function, even for samples that are automatically generated. If the Priority property has been added as a column to the grid (it is not by default), you can sort the samples by their priority to see which ones should be worked on first.

Pulled Time

The time when the sample was marked as pulled.

Requested Time

The time when the sample has been or will be requested and so is ready for results to be entered.

Result Status

Sample Name

The sample name, generated by the system to uniquely identify the sample.

Sample Frequency

The name of the sample frequency that determines how frequently a sample will be requested.

Work Order

The work order that is associated with the sample.
