Work Tasks Extension and Connector for MES installation

Work Tasks Extension and Connector for MES is no longer required for the standard workflows that are included in the MES model‑driven application content. This is because the workflows now make calls to MES using the MES Web API.
Upgrade from a previous version of the MES Model‑Driven application content
If you do not plan to carry forward any custom workflows that use the MES Connector, then prior to upgrading the MES model‑driven application content you should:

Unpublish those custom workflows.

Uninstall the MES Extension and Connector.
If you do plan to carry forward custom workflows that use the MES Connector, then prior to upgrading the MES model‑driven application content you should either:

Modify those workflows to use the MES Web API.

Upgrade Work Tasks Connector and Extension for MES.
To upgrade Work Tasks Connector and Extension for MES:

Uninstall the currently installed version of MES Extension and Connector.

Install and configure the latest version of of Work Tasks Extension and Connector for MES (Version 7.1).
