Work flow issues

If a work flow fails to execute:

• Check that it exists and is published.

• If it is published and the work flow execution results in a message indicating that a valid MES transaction identifier could not be obtained, then during the package installation, the Middleware Machine Name property setting on the Runtime Initialization Settings page might have used the host's fully qualified domain name. For this property, only the host name should be entered.
