If the dashboard is not already open, on the Enterprise Console menu, select Operations, and then WO Dashboard.
On the listed work orders, select the work order tile whose details you want view.
The Work Order Details window appears. This window contains the same properties that you see in the Details
panel for a selected work order in the grid.
