The following list describes the properties and fields available when viewing, filtering, and analyzing utilization events for an entity.
Note: To prevent unexpected behavior, utilization event property values cannot contain special characters such as % _ ^ [ ] & \ < "
Available properties include:
Comments
Comments about the event, such as details about why it occurred.
Duration
The duration of the event.
End Time
The end time of the event, in the browser's local time.
Entity
The entity to which the event applies.
Reason Description
The description of the reason.
Reason Group
The utilization reason group to which the reason belongs.
Reason Pending
Indicates whether the event has been assigned a pending reason that needs to be replaced with the final reason. For example, raw reason codes coming from a machine can be mapped to a utilization reason. In this case, the event's Reason Pending entry in the grid is set to Pending. This indicates to an operator that the final utilization reason needs to be assigned (see Edit a utilization event).
This column will show:
-
Pending if the final utilization reason needs to be assigned.
-
Assigned if the final utilization reason has been assigned.
Severe
Indicates whether the event is considered to be in a severe condition. The Severe flag is typically used with downtime events. A utilization reason can be configured so that the Severe flag is automatically set when the maximum duration for the utilization reason is exceeded.
Shift
The shift in effect when the event started.
Standard Time
The amount of time that an entity is expected to be in the utilization reason.
Start Time
The start time of the event, in the browser's local time.
Utilization State
The utilization state with which the reason is associated. To support utilization tracking, entities are considered to be in utilization states, such as Running, Idle, Down, or Maintenance.
Work Order
The work order that was being processed when the event occurred.
