Errors when using an MES form

If there are errors when attempting to use an MES form, use the following procedure to make sure that there is connectivity between Enterprise Console and the MES Web API.

In Enterprise Console, navigate to Settings, WebAPI.

Select MDMWebAPI_2.0 and click the Edit icon.
The Edit Web API List Item dialog appears.

Click Preview.
The Web API Preview dialog, that includes a list of the API endpoints, should appear.
