Starting with PI Server 2018, PI AF collective creation has been moved out of PI System Explorer and into the AF Collective Manager. AF Collective Manager provides a graphical user interface for creating, editing, and managing PI AF collectives.

AF Collective Manager is available for installation with the PI Server install kit and PI AF Client install kit.
