Buffering configuration when you add a server to a collective

PI Buffer Subsystem versions 4.3 and later automatically use n-way buffering and send data to all servers in a Data Archive collective. For PI clients, you only need to verify PI Buffer Subsystem operation after you add a server to a Data Archive collective.
