As a diagnostic step, you can force the PI Collective Manager to connect to a different collective member instead of the primary server.

  1. Right-click the collective you want in the Collectives list.

  2. Choose Force Failover.

  3. To return the primary server as the current server, right-click the collective name and choose Connect to Primary.
