PI Buffer Subsystem configuration

Use PI ICU to configure an interface to use PI Buffer Subsystem and n-way buffering. For interfaces that were already configured to use PI Buffer Subsystem before you added a Data Archive collective, the collective-creation process automatically configures n-way buffering. You can verify proper n-way buffering configuration.
