SyncStatus is not zero

SyncStatus is a connection status property that should have a value of zero. If SyncStatus differs from zero, examine the connection status property SyncFailReason for the reason.
Typical reasons include the following situations:

Certificates are incorrect or missing on a collective member.

The secondary server is not ready to process configuration changes due to the PI Snapshot Subsystem or the PI Archive Subsystem not being available.

The secondary server missed an event and therefore fell behind the primary server.

The secondary server cannot process a particular record.
