A member displays a red X

If PI Collective Manager displays a server icon with a red X, a secondary server is not communicating correctly. Follow these steps to attempt to fix the problem.

1. Wait a few minutes. The status of the secondary server might update correctly at the next attempt to synchronize.

2. Try to Reinitialize a secondary server.
