Export collective information

If you report a problem with a collective to customer support, you may be asked to export current data from the collective so customer support can troubleshoot the problem.

  1. Select the collective in the Collectives list from which you want to export data.

  2. Choose File > Export Selected Collective.

  3. In the Save As window, choose a name and location for your export file.

    PI Collective Manager saves the collective information to an XML file.
