The PI to PI interface is not aware of Data Archive collectives. PI to PI only knows about servers specified in its startup file. You specify a source (and possibly an alternate source) in addition to the target Data Archive (the host). Each of these servers must be available when PI to PI starts so that PI to PI can initialize its point list.
