Check Collective Health

In PI Collective Manager:

Click the collective name in the Collectives list.

Under Collective ID, look at the Status field.
If the status is not Good, data between servers might not be synchronized.

Below the Status field, check the icons for each collective member.

If a server is available, its icon shows a green check mark.

If a server is unavailable, its icon shows a red X.

If a server has errors but is available, its icon shows a yellow warning triangle.

Select the icon for one of the collective members.
Properties of each member are shown below the icons.
Note: When you select a property in the Properties list, its description is shown below the list.
Check the following properties:

SyncStatus stores the message generated at the last configuration check. If communication is healthy, the status is 0. If it is not zero, see the information at SyncStatus is not zero.

LastSyncRecordID tracks the number of configuration updates for each server. In healthy collectives, the value of LastSyncRecordID matches for each server.
