Assign a utilization event reason

Use the Assign Utilization Event Reason use case details to classify or reclassify the selected utilization event by assigning a Reason Group and Reason from preconfigured lists. Optionally, provide additional context by entering a comment about the assignment.

Assign a utilization event reason

For the selected utilization event:

1. Select the Assign Utilization Event Reason panel button.

2. Select a Reason Group, and then select a Utilization Reason.

   The available reason groups and reasons are displayed as configured in the MES model.

3. (Optional) Enter a Comment to provide additional context.

4. Select Assign.

   The Equipment Utilization Event list and status bar are updated immediately with the new reason.
