Navigate the Utilization and KPI use case

Open the Supervisory (or Operator) console for the equipment of interest and then select the Utilization & KPIs tab. This opens a performance-focused interface that displays analytical insights for the selected equipment.

Navigate the Utilization & KPI Use Case

1. Open the Supervisory (or Operator) console.

2. Select the equipment of interest.

   

3. Select the Utilization & KPIs tab.

   The default screen displays the Production tab for the selected equipment.

4. (Optional) Define the time range for which performance data is displayed. This filter applies across all tabs.

5. Navigate between multiple performance views by selecting the tab of interest:

   • Production: Displays good and reject production counts, along with top reasons for each. For more information on the tab, see View Production details.

   • OEE Details: Shows gauges for Availability, Performance, Quality, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness. For more information on the tab, see View OEE details.

   • Utilization: Highlights top utilization states by duration and count. For more information on the tab, see View Utilization details.

   The Utilization and KPI use case detail area displays read-only graphical insights for the selected tab and time period. The information displayed updates dynamically based on the selected tab and filters.
