Get started with the Utilization and KPI use case

Launch the Utilization & KPI use case from the Supervisory console (or Operator console, if configured) and select the Utilization KPI tab. This opens a dedicated interface that provides centralized access to MES performance insights for the selected equipment.

The Utilization & KPI use case consists of:
Configurable page header: Displays key equipment metrics such as the job progress bar and Overall Equipment
Effectiveness (OEE) value, giving users a quick overview of job performance and equipment
efficiency.
Use case tabs with quick filters: Offers access to multiple analysis views through configurable tabs:

Production tab: Shows good and reject production counts, along with top reasons for each.

OEE Details tab: Displays gauges for Availability, Performance, Quality, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Utilization tab: Highlights top 5 utilization states by duration and count.
These tabs can be adjusted to customer needs.
Quick filters enable users to set the time period for which data is analyzed. This filter affects all visualizations across the tabs, ensuring consistent time-based insights. For more information, see Understand Utilization and KPI filters.
Use case detail area: This section presents read-only graphical representations of key metrics and trends.
It helps users assess equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
