Navigate the Andon Management use case

Open the Supervisory (or Operator) console for the equipment of interest and then select the Andon Management tab. Select an Andon (request for help) and then execute Andon Management use case details on the active item.
Navigate the Andon Management use case

Open the Supervisory (or Operator) console.

Select the Andon Management tab.
The tab opens and displays the Andon request list.

By default, the following standard read-only properties are available in the Andon list:

Andon ID: A unique identifier automatically generated by the system for each Andon request.

Location Name: The location where the Andon was reported.

Andon Type: The category or classification of the reported issue (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical).

Andon Issue: A detailed description of the problem or event that triggered the Andon.

State: The current status of the Andon, such as:

NEW: The Andon has been created by the Requestor and send to the Receiver.

ACKNOWLEDGED: The receiver has reacted on the request with an action and an acknowledgment. The request has gone back to the requestor to evaluate whether the request is resolved.

NOT RESOLVED: The receiver has reacted on the acknowledgment with the feedback not resolved. The request has returned to the receiver for further acknowledgement.

RESOLVED: The receiver has reacted on the acknowledgment with the feedback resolved. The request has a status of resolved and the Andon process is complete.

Notes: Additional comments or context provided during the acknowledgment process.

Reported at: The date and time when the Andon was acknowledged.

Reported by: The person or role who acknowledged the Andon.

(Optional) To identify a specific Andon request, filter the Andon list:

Select a filter period to view only events reported within the selected interval.

Select specific column headers to filter the Andon list based on the column contents.

Select quick filter values to filter the list based on entities, Andon types, or states.
