Use the Pull Sample and Undo Pull Sample use case details to manage the sampling status of a quality sample.
Pull sample
Use the Pull Sample use case detail to record the moment a quality sample is physically taken. It marks the sample as Pulled, indicating that sampling has occurred and the sample is ready for result entry. This use case ensures that the system accurately reflects the sampling process and supports downstream quality analysis by anchoring results to a specific timestamp.

Pull a sample
-
Select the Pull / Undo Pull Sample panel button.
Confirm the pull time by selecting Pull. The sample is immediately marked as Pulled.
Undo pull Sample
Use the Undo Pull Sample use case detail to reverse a previously recorded pull time for a quality sample. This is useful when a sample was marked as pulled by mistake or if the sampling process needs to be restarted. This use case maintains traceability by logging the undo action with a timestamp.

Undo the sample pull
-
Select the Pull / Undo Pull Sample panel button.
Confirm the time the pull was cancelled by selecting Undo Pull. The sample is immediately returned to a state where it can pulled again.
