Understand Andon filters

Use Andon filters to quickly locate and manage Andon tasks from the Operator console Task tab.
Andon filters are pre-configured filtering tags that help users refine the task list. They are located above the task list and include:

Command filter: Use the Command
tag to filter the tasks list and access the Raise Andon task .

Andon filter: Select the Andon
tag to access the list of existing Andon requests and access Andon Details tasks.

Search: Search by status, role, or Andon type:

Filter by Status (e.g., NEW, ACKNOWLEDGED, RESOLVED) to focus on tasks at a specific stage.

Filter by Andon ID (Requestor or Receiver) to focus on a specific Andon request.

Filter by Andon Type to focus on specific types (e.g., Production, Maintenance, Safety) to focus on particular categories of issues.

Apply Command task filter
In the Task tab, select the Command
tag.
By default, the list of available command tasks displayed in the task list includes the Raise Andon task.

Apply Andon task filter
In the Task tab, select the Andon
tag.
The list of active Andon requests displays in the task list.

Search Andon tasks
In the Task tab, enter a search value (Andon ID, status, type) in the Search field. Select the search icon to filter the task list.
The list of Andon tasks matching the entered criteria displays in the task list.
