Get started with the Work Instruction use case

Launch the Work Instruction use case task from the Operator console's Task tab. This opens a dedicated interface that provides centralized access to equipment-specific instructions for the selected work area.

The Work Instruction use case consists of:
Work instruction task: Enables operators to access and follow equipment-specific instructions by selecting
a single command task. It is designed to ensure accurate task execution, reduce downtime,
and support standardization across operations.
Work Instruction details area: This section displays a list of available instructions for the selected equipment
and presents the full content of the selected instruction. Users can:

View instructions in various formats including text, diagrams, step-by-step procedures, and multimedia.

Retrieve embedded instructions at the step level for enhanced clarity.

Interact with content that adapts based on contextual factors such as:

The selected equipment or line

The current work area

The user’s role and permissions
