Understand Work Order Management filters

Use Work Order Management quick filters to streamline the process of locating and managing work orders by allowing users to narrow down the list based on specific criteria. This feature is especially useful for supervisory or operator roles in production environments who need to quickly identify relevant work orders.

Quick filters are pre-configured tools that help users refine the work order list displayed in the Work Order Management interface. They are located above the work order list and include:

  • Status filter: Enables users to filter work orders based on their current status (e.g., NEW, READY, RUNNING, COMPLETED, CANCELED). Multiple statuses can be selected simultaneously to display all relevant work orders.

  • Actual finish time filter: Enables users to view work orders based on their completion timeframe. It includes predefined time ranges and a Custom option, where users can manually set a start and end date/time window.

This filter returns all COMPLETED and CANCELED work orders within the selected period, as well as those with no actual finish time (e.g., NEW, READY, RUNNING, SUSPENDED, ON HOLD).

  • Column-based filters: Standard filters available per column in the work order list. These allow users to filter by attributes such as Work Order ID, Item ID, Equipment, or Due Date.
