Composable modules, user consoles and use cases

The modular and composable AVEVA MES Solution structure leverage the FRAME to provide functionally grouped, ready to use, basic Model Driven Components the MES Use Cases are built on. These Use Cases enable a rapid, incremental and highly scalable deployment approach to achieve quick wins, start small and grow unlimited. Composable User Consoles provide click reduced and unique personalized user experience with context driven Information and automatic generation of Tasks to be executed next. A Supervisor Console provides fast access to a configurable set of Use Cases for on demand purposes for supervisory roles.

Model Driven MES approach

AVEVA modular and composable MES can be extended and adjusted towards customers individual needs. This may be required to address modified processes for site-specific equipment, or complete new processes transformed into new use cases. This enables the solution to evolve as the customers business needs change over time.  The extensibility is delivered by a modern digital workflow management technology in AVEVA’s Model Driven MES based on Low-Code Technology, brings people, organizations and processes together for increased efficiency as well as for capturing work processes and operational procedures and related user experience configurations (models).  

A Model Driven MES approach ensures a standardized and easily maintainable solution with detailed audit-trail data and KPIs of the workflow execution. Our approach enables the digitalization of core operational processes, collected in a standardized and modularized library of reusable components (functional modules and Use Cases), and enable it for multi-site rollouts leveraging the Composable MES approach.
