Execute Quality Management use case details

Execute quality management use case details in the use case details area. The use case details are launched from panel buttons. What use case detail is launched from a panel button depends on the link configuration in the composable engine. The link itself can be dependent on configured context.

The following topics describe the default configuration of the use case detail links which all reference to the module components of the Quality Management module. Module components are basic use case details provided with the modules.

Select from the following Quality Management panel buttons. Selecting a button opens the use case details related to the Quality management item.

Refresh

The Refresh panel button.

Use the Refresh panel button to reload the request list and use case details area.

View Sample

The View Sample Details panel button.

Use the View Sample Details panel button to review detailed information about a selected quality sample.

Create Sample

The Create Sample panel button.

Use the Create Sample panel button to generate a new quality sample entry.

Edit Sample

The Edit Sample panel button.

Use the Edit Sample panel button to modify the details of an existing quality sample listed in the Quality Sample List.

Cancel Sample

The Cancel Sample panel button.

Use the Cancel Sample panel button to mark a selected quality sample as 'Cancelled', indicating that no measurements will be taken for that sample.

This button is not available for samples with Ready, Complete Late, or Cancelled statuses.

Pull / Undo Pull Sample

The Pull/Undo Pull Sample panel button.

Use the Pull / Undo Pull Sample panel button to manage the pull time of a quality sample (marking when a sample was taken or reversing that action if needed).

This button is not available for samples with Complete Late, Missed, or Ready statuses.

Finalize / Undo Finalize Sample

The Finalize/Undo Finalize Sample panel button.

Use the Finalize / Undo Finalize Sample panel button to manage whether a sample’s results can still be modified (completing a sample or reversing that action if needed).

View Sample Results

The View Sample Results panel button.

Use the View Sample Results panel button to review the results entered for the selected quality sample.
