Update Andon request details

Use the Andon Request Details use case detail to manage and resolve an Andon request after it has been raised. It supports structured communication between the requestor (who reported the issue) and the receiver (who is assigned to address it), ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the resolution process.

Review and update Andon request details

Select the Andon Details task from the Operator Console task list.

Review the Andon Details to understand the issue.
The following read-only properties are available:

Andon ID: Unique identifier for the Andon task.

Location: The area or location where the issue was reported.

Andon State: Current status of the Andon task (e.g., open, acknowledged, resolved).

Andon Type: Category of the reported issue.

Andon Issue: Detailed description of the problem.

Acknowledgement Notes: Additional notes or comments provided during acknowledgment.

If you’re the receiver, take the necessary action and select Acknowledge, entering Acknowledgement Notes describing the activities done fulfill the request as needed.

If you’re the requestor, review the response and select Resolved to close the issue or Not Resolved to send it back to the receiver with additional comments.

Use the Andon History to monitor progress and ensure all communication is documented.

Note: Filter the list by selecting column headers to display the Andon History based on the column contents.
