The Production tab provides a visual summary of production performance for the selected equipment over a specified time period. It is designed to help users quickly assess output quality and identify key reasons for production success or failure.

  • Select the Production tab.

    By default, the following metrics are displayed:

    • Production Count Bar Graph: A bar chart displaying the number of good units produced (green bars) and rejected units (red bars) during the selected time frame.

    • Top 5 Good Production Reasons: A ranked list of the most common reasons contributing to successful production.

    • Top 5 Reject Reasons: A ranked list of the most frequent causes of rejected output.

    Adjust the time filter using the Utilization and KPI quick filters to focus on a specific time interval.
