Navigate the Quality Management use case

Open the Supervisory (or Operator) console for the equipment of interest and then select the Quality Management tab. Select a quality sample and then execute quality management use case detail on the active sample.

Navigate the Quality Management use case

  1. Open the Supervisory (or Operator) console.

  2. Select the equipment of interest.

  3. Select the Quality Management tab.

    Available standard properties in the quality sample list include (but are not limited to):

    • Item ID: The identifier of the item associated with the sample.

    • Work Order: The work order linked to the sample.

    • Operation: The production operation during which the sample was taken.

    • Sample Name: A system-generated name that uniquely identifies the sample.

    • Requested Time: When the sample is scheduled to be taken.

    • Result Status: Indicates whether the sample results are within specification (e.g., Good, OOS, OOS Key).

    • Sample Status: The current state of the sample (e.g., Ready, In Progress, Complete, Cancelled).

    • Priority: The assigned execution rank of the sample.

    • Finalized: Indicates whether the sample has been finalized (True/False).

  4. (Optional) To find the sample of interest, filter the sample list:

    Select the Quick Filter dropdown to filter the list based on sample status.

    Select a filter period to view samples scheduled within a specific time interval.

    Filter by time interval.

    Alternatively, select a custom filter period to view only samples scheduled for a specific time interval.

    Finally, select specific column headers to refine the list by attributes such as location, work order, or item ID.

  5. Select the sample you wish to perform the use case detail on.

  6. Execute the quality management use case detail of interest.
